SOUND INTO SONG
A playful, immersive workshop in voice, improvisation, connection, and full expression.
A playful, immersive workshop in voice, improvisation, connection, and full expression.
This workshop is for anyone curious about their voice.
You might be:
A singer looking to expand your expressive range
A creative person craving more spontaneity
A teacher, coach, facilitator, or leader wanting deeper presence
A shower singer who loves making sounds when nobody's listening
Someone longing for more play, connection, and self-expression
No previous singing experience or performance is required.
Just curiosity.
Explore the instrument you already carry.
Using breath, vibration, resonance, rhythm, and spontaneous sound, we'll discover new possibilities within your natural voice.
Let your creativity lead.
Improvisation offers freedom from needing to know what comes next.
We'll play with sound, movement, rhythm, language, and silence.
Find the music between people.
Voice isn't only expression. It's relationship.
Through deep listening and shared creation, we'll discover what becomes possible when we respond rather than react.
Let something emerge.
A sound becomes a phrase... a phrase becomes a melody... a melody becomes a song.
Rather than forcing outcomes, we'll follow what wants to emerge. That's part of the adventure.

Questions? Contact Travis
Do I need to be able to sing?
No.
What if I’m shy or introverted?
Perfectly fine. You won’t be asked to perform a solo or put yourself on display before you’re ready.
Is this therapy?
No. This is an experiential workshop centered on voice, improvisation, creativity, connection, and self-expression.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that let you breathe, move, make sound, and be yourself.
What if I have never improvised before?
Then you’re exactly where you need to be. Improvisation isn’t about being clever or experienced. It’s about listening, responding, and discovering what happens next.
Do I have to sing?
We’ll invite you into vocal exploration, but there is no audition and no requirement to demonstrate a particular level of musical ability.
Is this appropriate for professional singers?
Absolutely. Experienced singers often discover that freeing the voice can be just as valuable as refining technique.
